My Account

1. How do I create or reset my account password?

To create an account, click on the profile icon at the top right of our website and register. If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in modal, enter your registered email address, and follow the instructions to securely reset it.

2. Can I track my order history in my account?

Yes! Once logged in, you can click on "My Account" or "Dashboard" to view your complete order history, payment statuses, and tracking details.
Orders & Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments (UPI QR scan, net banking, debit/credit cards) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes across India. For online payments, you can scan our QR code at checkout and upload the payment receipt for confirmation.

2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placement, or before the package has been processed and shipped, whichever is earlier. Please contact our support team at kapdamandir.market@gmail.com to request changes.
Shipping & Delivery

1. What are the shipping charges?

We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal convenience handling fee of ₹50 is added during checkout.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic deliveries usually take 3 to 5 business days for major metro cities and 5 to 7 business days for the rest of India. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
Returns & Refunds

1. How do I return or exchange an item?

You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original brand tags intact. Contact us via email or WhatsApp to raise a request, and we will initiate a reverse pickup.

2. How will I receive my refund?

For prepaid orders, the refund is credited directly to the original payment source. For COD orders, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI transfer after you securely share your account details with us. Refunds are completed within 5-7 business days after standard warehouse inspection. Note that COD handling fees are non-refundable.
